Our goal with classical education is not to simply convey information, but rather to help form and shape the moral man and cultivate a love for the LORD and his design. By closely examining great works throughout history, we desire to help students find what is good, true, beautiful, and worth emulating in their own lives. Our desire is to help our young scholars grow through the three stages of the classical trivium (grammar– a time of fact finding and memorization, logic– a time of questioning and critical thinking, rhetoric– a time of defending views and persuading with well ordered language). We want them to be able to walk into the world as young adults with a firm grasp of truth and an insatiable curiosity for learning. By disciplining the whole person through a classical Christian education, we believe that our graduates will reflect the light of Christ in the world. (Matthew 5:14)
