If you are looking for a way to give back this Christmas Season, we’d love to invite you to help support the mission organization that we partner with in Honduras!! This amazing company, Children’s Cup, has Care Points across Honduras where they care for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children. Sometimes the only love or food these children receive comes from the Care Points. The stories of the impact they are transforming the lives of children across the country and the impact on the communities as a whole are absolutely incredible. Children’s Cup truly brings the love of Jesus in very practical ways. Below is a link to learn more about helping make this Christmas a little brighter for the children of Honduras. And remember — the students in our Upper School who go on the Honduras Mission Trip will be visiting these very children in April! https://friend.childrenscup.

We would like to apologize, but our yearbooks from last year have been delayed. They are expected to be ready in November. We will let you know as soon as we have a delivery date.
Now that students and families have had several weeks to acclimate to the new year, we will begin looking more closely at Dress Code Issues. Please review the Dress Code found in our Handbook (linked on the Website on the Scholar Connect). Here are a couple common violations that we often see and you may want to pay special attention to before next week:
Ladies’ skirt length (should be knee length or longer)
Wearing collared polo shirts on all days other than Spirit Wear or Dress Down days (even under a school sweatshirt or ¾ zip sweater)
No facial hair for our young men
We have added a spot on the Assignment Sheet where you teachers and Admin can add notes for the whole class. You’ll see it at the top of each grade’s page. Please check this weekly for important information!
Does your child need extra help or instruction from Dimensions Math? Would you like to know more about how math is taught “the Singapore way”? You can now get an entire year of in-depth video instruction to aid what is being taught in the Veritas classroom. There are helpful math videos available on the link Math Videos Subscription. Right now, they are offering 25% off with the code 25YEARS.
