In-Class Parties
Our students and staff consistently find reasons to celebrate, whether concluding a literary journey or marking a national holiday. From hobbit-clad characters to children with golden tickets, hot chocolate bars, and cozy PJ days, we prioritize camaraderie and creativity within our dress code guidelines.
Field Trips
Veritas offers optional field trips throughout the year, often at discounted rates for our families. These outings provide opportunities for students and families to learn, explore, and enjoy time together outside the classroom. Past adventures have included visits to art museums, zoos, science centers, theatrical performances, and snow tubing or skiing. One of our favorite traditions is our annual trip to Evans Orchard, which typically brings together more than 100 members of our Veritas community for a fun-filled fall outing!
Social Events
At Veritas, we value opportunities for our students to build meaningful friendships, enjoy fellowship, and create lasting memories together. Each year, we host a fall Barn Dance and a spring-themed dance, providing opportunities for students to connect and celebrate. Additional activities have included etiquette classes, line dancing lessons, weekly worship gatherings, and Bible studies, all designed to encourage fellowship, personal growth, and Christ-centered community.
Family Activities
At Veritas, we believe that building a strong school community begins with connecting our families. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for fellowship through potlucks, prayer gatherings, picnics, and our end-of-year Field Day. We also host our special My Girl Dance, a memorable evening for daughters to enjoy with their fathers or another parent or special adult in their lives. These gatherings allow our families to build lasting friendships, make special memories, and grow together as a Christ-centered community.
Yearly Programs
Students and staff work tirelessly each year towards our recurring productions. We welcome our friends and family to witness the fruits of our labor. Each year we host the: Opening Ceremony, Christmas Program, Resurrection Program, Night at the Academy, Closing Ceremony and Graduation.
Athletics
Our athletic program continues to grow at Veritas. Currently you can join us for basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, archery, golf, soccer or cross country.
